Windows 7 and 8 much the same (32 and 64 bit) you may missing files for Internet Explorer. Just today I was able to get PhotoSuite 4 to work in Windows 8. PhotoSuite 4 (P.S. 4) is dependent upon Internet Explorer 5 (I.E. 5) browser for its content/software to work. The original P.S.
