My phone some days back froze nothing was working. Basically touch was not working. So i couldn’t do anything.
I tried hard reboot,soft,reboot and the result was same. So i visited Nokia care they told me that there is only one option we have to change your display which is of RS5800. I went to some local shop he was ready to change it for 2000.
I gave him the money and came back with new display. Now after some days it is again showing me the same hanging problem so now i think there is some software issue may be with windows so i tried formatting windows with your recovery tool but it didn’t recognize my phone.
Now what should i do? Should i try full fleged nokia care suite??.one more does windows phone also get virus?? Plz reply ASAP.

Nokia Care Suite 5 is the mobile service for troubleshooting and flashing Nokia devices and provides support for GSM, CDMA and WCDMA devices and includes variouis modules aimed at installing or updating Nokia firmware. The suite includes four main modules; Fuse, Multi IMEI Reader, Multi Software Updater and the Product Support Tool for Store. Fuse manages the connections between your phone and your computer, while the second utility can be used to view the IMEI (International Mobile Station Equipment) number of the device. The Multi Software Updater is able to update or refurbish settings for multiple phones amd the Product Support Tool, assists you in downloading ROMs for flashing the device.
